Dr. Yasser Qassim Al Zadjali


Dr Yasser Mohamed Al Zadjali has been managing family investment portfolios for the past 15 years. He has earned a PhD and an MBA from University of Illinois, USA. Since his return to his family business at Oman, his area of focus is venture capital and real estate management.

He is the founder of Alixir Medical systems in Oman. He is also the Vice Chairman of Samir Kassim Group of Companies and on the board of directors in Petrolead Technologies, Green Grid Projects and Mohamed Qassim Property Development.


Ms. Mashael Isa Fairooz


Ms. Mashael is the founder of JE O Capital Management W.L.L. She is an accomplished investment banker with a proven track record of closing many successful transactions in the GCC region. She has more than 15 years of experience in deal origination, negotiation, and placement. She established JEO in 2015 with a focus on domestic investment opportunities in the GCC that are sound, scalable and have regional dimensions. Since then, JEO has expanded to uncover greater success with its clients.

In her career, she has devised products and services that cater to the needs of private institutional & individual investors, family offices, funds, and other corporate investors from sultanate of Oman and across the GCC, in addition to government and quasi-government agencies and bodies like pension funds with investment and development mandates. She has displayed commendable dedication in pursuit to give her clients access to the exponentially growing and generously rewarding investment opportunities through customized- sophisticated offerings.

In addition to her role at JEO, Mashael is the Founder and board member of Dreams Society, Bahrain. Prior to that she was the Regional Director at Beacon Capital Management, an investment boutique firm based in the U.K. She has also served as a Regional Director at Bank Al Khair for 3 years. Under her portfolio, she has additional work experience with Addax Investment Bank, Century 21 & LPIC (UK). Mashael is a BA graduate from Hult International Business School in London, UK and holds an MBA from the University of Strathclyde.


Mr. Biju Menon, CFA


Biju is an experienced investment professional with more than 17 years of post-qualification experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, and Asset Management in the Middle East, United Kingdom and India.

Biju is skilled in all aspects of deal management including deal generation, investment research, investment structuring, legal structuring, financial modelling, post-investment monitoring and business planning.

Prior to joining JEO, he was working as Director Investment with J Equity Partners, a boutique investment bank in Bahrain. In his role with J Equity Partners he was responsible for the international real estate portfolio of the United Kingdom primarily in the industrial and logistic space. He was actively involved in deal sourcing, deal evaluation, due diligence, secure financing, negotiation, legal documentation, and post investment monitoring for all the transactions. He also has a rich experience in concluding transactions in the education and healthcare sector in the GCC region.

Previously he also had senior investment roles with Venture Capital Bank, BMB Investment Bank and Clarges Capital, UK. He started his career as Buy Side Analyst with JM Morgan Stanley in Mumbai. Biju has completed his master’s in accounting from Mumbai University, MBA (Finance) from Saint Marys University in Canada and is a CFA Charter holder.


Sayyidah Dhabia Bint Sami Bin Hamad Al Busaidi


Sayyidah Dhabia has been groomed for entrepreneurship by her family which founded The Sabco Group in the Sultanate of Oman. She established The Dhabia Enterprises, her first venture, which primarily focuses on F&B and Entertainment.

She has since then diversified her business portfolio into other industries including Real Estate and Education. In addition to the expertise achieved from her family background, she holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing & Management from Staffordhisre University, UK.


HH Prince Salman Bin Faisal Bin Abdullah Al Saud


HH Prince Salman is a young shrewd dynamic man who has contributed in the development and starting up of non-profit organizations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He is a founder member on the Board of Directors of multiple charities in Saudi, namely Sanad Society, Saudi Heritage Preservation Society, Nour Nouf, and Triage Project and National Home Health Care Foundation. Prince Salman is also a board member of Waref Holding and the founder and creator of an innovative educational center in Beijing. Prince Salman holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University Of Business and Economics in China, Beijing.


Ms. Maysam Al Wahaibi


Maysam realized her passion for business from her family who founded ‘Assarain’ in the Sultanate of Oman which has a diverse portfolio under the construction and F&B sectors, and one of largest real estate banks in the Sultanate under its wings.

She became the CEO of M.Co in 2018 - the mother company to; M Media (Media Agency), M Decor (Interior Design Company) and Twenty3extrme (Adventure Tourism Company). She co founded M Media in 2015 and serves as its Director of Communications and Public Relations since 2018.

Prior to which, she built an expertise in business administration through her work experience of 3 years at Digital Ape, a digital media agency based in Dubai primarily focused on Digital PR and Social Media Marketing. She worked as an Account Manager, being proactively involved in content creation for numerous campaigns.

Maysam holds a double major in public relations and film production from Murdoch University of Communication and Media Studies. Prior to this, she earned a Foundation degree from London School of Business and Finance (LSBF).


Mr. Ranjit Bhonsle

Independent Director

Ranjit started his professional career as financial analyst for Kidder, Peabody & Co., an investment bank, in New York City in 1991. After serving two years working with the firm’s corporate restructuring group, Ranjit joined Kohlberg & Co., a New York based mid-market leveraged buyout and growth capital private equity firm. In 1995, he moved to San Francisco to open the firm’s San Francisco office and became a general partner of the firm in 1998.

In 2001, he moved back to New York, and founded Ravelin Capital to manage capital on behalf of himself and select family offices with the mandate to invest in buy-and- build strategies and late stage companies. In 2007, he joined Ithmar Capital as a general partner and continues with the firm in the capacity as a founding shareholder and member of the board of directors and investment committee.

He is also a co-founder of Athena Global Partners which develops, finances and operates companies in the well-being industry with a primary focus on preventive care. He is also a member of the board of directors of AMI, LLC (Saudi Arabia) and Dewan Architects & Engineers, LLC (UAE). He has proven experience and expertise in governance, organizational development and behavior, strategic and tactical planning, and corporate finance. Ranjit obtained a BA-Economics from the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor in 1991 and a Master of Business Administration in 2005 from the London Business School.
