Since its establishment in 2020, Lumofy has addressed the growing disconnect between fast-changing business demands and traditional training systems by delivering customized, performance-oriented digital learning solutions.

JEO Capital Management partnered with Lumofy’s founding team to accelerate its regional growth, offering capital, strategic partnerships, and go-to-market expertise to scale its impact.

Technology - Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

Akwan is a Riyadh-based company creating innovative educational tools that promote Arabic language and cultural identity through play. Its flagship product, Takween, is a patented Arabic calligraphy-inspired block set loved by children and families across the region.

JEO partnered with Akwan to support its mission of combining cultural relevance with scalable educational innovation.

New World International School

K-12 Education - Sultanate of Oman

Inaugurated in September 2020, New World International School (NWIS) is a premier K–12 institution offering the British curriculum in a digitally advanced, globally oriented learning environment. Located in the Manuma area of Muscat, just 15 minutes from the international airport, the school is highly accessible and strategically positioned.

Built on a 30,000 sqm campus with a capacity for up to 2,200 students, NWIS features state-of-the-art facilities and infrastructure, making it one of the most well-equipped schools in the Sultanate.

The school is operated by the SEK Education Group, a globally recognized network serving over 10,000 students across campuses in Spain, Ireland, France, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, and Oman.

JEO Capital led the end-to-end development of NWIS — from initial concept and regulatory approvals to operator selection, construction, and ongoing strategic oversight.

Beacon Private School

PreK-12 Education - Kingdom of Bahrain

Beacon Private School (BPS) is a premier preK–12 international institution located in Bahrain’s education hub of Hidd. The school offers a rigorous trilingual academic experience, with core instruction in English and Arabic, and additional language options (French or Spanish) beginning in Grade 1 — equipping students with multilingual fluency and global competencies.

BPS follows a hybrid academic model combining the American curriculum with the International Baccalaureate (IB) framework. It is fully accredited by NEASC, authorized for the IB Diploma Programme (DP), and a candidate school for both the IB Primary Years Programme (PYP) and Middle Years Programme (MYP).

The school is operated by the SEK Education Group, which brings over 130 years of educational excellence to BPS’s academic and cultural environment.

JEO Capital acquired BPS as part of its regional education strategy and continues to provide strategic oversight, performance evaluation, and value enhancement in close collaboration with the operator.

Evexia Day Surgery Hospital

Healthcare - Kingdom of Bahrain

Evexia is Bahrain’s first dedicated multi-specialty day surgery hospital, delivering modern alternatives to inpatient care through affordable, high-quality outpatient surgical services, consultations, and diagnostics — all under one roof.

Located in central Manama, the facility was conceptualized and developed by JEO Capital in response to rising demand for efficient, cost-effective private healthcare solutions in Bahrain. JEO led the project from end to end — including concept design, construction, staffing, equipment procurement, and ongoing operational oversight.

Evexia embodies a scalable, future-ready healthcare model aligned with favorable regulatory trends and the region’s growing shift toward outpatient care. Building on this foundation, JEO is actively pursuing regional and international expansion, aiming to replicate the Evexia model in markets with similar demand and policy momentum.

Eyadat Holding

Eyadat Holding based in the kingdom of Bahrain is a regionally focused healthcare investment platform established to identify, acquire, and develop medical assets across the GCC. Its mandate is to build a diversified portfolio of healthcare businesses that deliver high-quality, accessible care while generating long-term value.

Structured as a dedicated investment vehicle under JEO Capital, Eyadat Holding plays a central role in executing healthcare transactions across the region. It serves as the parent company of Evexia Day Surgery Hospital and is actively pursuing further opportunities in diagnostics, outpatient services, and specialty care.

Through Eyadat, JEO brings together capital, expertise, and strategic partnerships to support the growth of healthcare infrastructure in line with evolving demographic and regulatory trends.

Central Medical Laboratories

Healthcare - Kingdom of Bahrain

Founded in 1991, CML is a leading diagnostic laboratory in Bahrain, serving hospitals, clinics, and private practitioners with a wide range of accredited testing services. Located in the Salmaniya medical district, the lab has built a strong reputation for quality, accuracy, and reliability over three decades.

JEO Capital partnered with a strategic healthcare investor to acquire a majority stake in CML. The goal: strengthen its operations, expand its regional footprint, and invest in diagnostic innovation to meet evolving healthcare needs.

Al Multaqa for Real Estate and Hospitality

Real Estate - Sultanate of Oman

Al Multaqa is a real estate investment and development company based in the Sultanate of Oman. The company is the full owner of the New World International School (NWIS) property in Muscat, representing a key asset within JEO Capital Management’s real estate and education portfolio.

Al Multaqa’s strategy focuses on acquiring and developing properties that support essential services and long-term community value. The NWIS campus, developed to global standards and spanning 30,000 sqm, exemplifies this approach — blending real estate development with a commitment to enabling access to high-quality education.
