Abhik is a healthcare management professional who is well-versed in the field of revenue enhancement and operations management in Healthcare and has practiced management in large healthcare provider companies like KIMS Health and Aster DM Healthcare. He has a proven track record of over 20 years in healthcare projects and operations management of hospitals and clinics.

Spearheading the healthcare greenfield projects of JEO, Abhik has the experience of establishing 3 hospitals, 4 medical centers, 4 pharmacies, and 4 optical shops across India and the GCC region to his credit. Lean processes, technology for the convenience of patients, data-driven decision-making, and leadership as a service are the areas of his interests. Apart from MHA and MBA qualifications, his knowledge of Organizational Leadership, Health Data Analytics, Performance and Process Improvement, and Patient safety has earned him the CPHQ® title from National Association for Healthcare Quality, USA.
