Biju is an experienced investment professional with more than 17 years of post-qualification experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity and Asset Management in the Middle East, United Kingdom and India.

Biju is skilled in all aspects of deal management including deal generation, investment research, investment structuring, legal structuring, financial modelling, post-investment monitoring and business planning.

Prior to joining JEO, he was working as Director of Investments with a category one boutique investment bank in Bahrain. In his role with this boutique investment bank, he was responsible for the international real estate portfolio of the United Kingdom primarily in the industrial and logistic space. He was actively involved in deal sourcing, deal evaluation, due diligence, secure financing, negotiation, legal documentation and post investment monitoring for all the transactions. He also has a rich experience in concluding transactions in the education and healthcare sector in the GCC region. Previously he also had senior investment roles with Venture Capital Bank, BMB Investment Bank and Clarges Capital, UK. He started his career as Buy Side Analyst with JM Morgan Stanley in Mumbai. Biju has completed his master’s in accounting from Mumbai University, MBA (Finance) from Saint Mary’s University in Canada and is a CFA Charter holder.
