Mohammed Sultan Al Naamani is a self-motivated Omani professional and a pioneer entrepreneur with experience in the fields of strategy, research, executive education, and project management.

He has participated in the establishment of performance indices at organizational and national levels, in a number of initiatives and was appointed as a determinant member to establish the Institute of Capability Development Steering Committee, and the establishment of the Public Private Partnership (PPP) task force, formed under the blessings of late His Majesty Sultan Qaboos Bin Said.

He led teams responsible for studies at various national-level committees, and also delivered a number of strategic initiatives, designing various national leadership programs for both government and private sector . He supervised a team that designed a citizen-centric wellbeing index from concept to delivery. He also led a number of teams that worked on designing national-level initiatives, working with some of the top International consultancies like McKinsey, PwC, EY, and Deloitte, along with number of universities such as Oxford University, Henley Business School, and Civil Service Singapore.
