As a Senior Associate, Ashok performs market research, feasibility assessments, financial modeling, and prepares information deck and transaction documents.

In the past, Ashok has worked as an Investor Relations Advisor to listed companies in India and the Middle East with market caps ranging from 70 million to 8 billion. Ashok also has experience evaluating private companies and helping them raise capital from institutional investors while working at a mid-market boutique investment bank. Earlier in his career, he worked as an Index Equity Analyst at MSCI Inc.

Ashok graduated from Pune University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering.
