Mohamed Hamza serves as an integral part of JEO’s Corporate Finance Advisory team. The scope of his role includes market research, transaction assessment, due diligence, financial modeling, and client presentations.

Mohamed brings with him a strong Compliance background due to his previous experience working in Compliance with regional banks such as the National Bank of Bahrain B.S.C and the Arab Banking Corporation B.S.C (Bank ABC), this experience is valued significantly given the current regulatory landscape of the finance industry.

He has attained his bachelor’s degree in Banking and Finance from Bangor University, United Kingdom.
